Validate longitude and latitude values in a named list

Checks that all lon/lat pairs are correctly named, in the right order, and within valid bounds for Australian data. Swaps reversed pairs with a warning, and aborts reporting all out-of-bounds values at once.

Usage

.validate_lonlat(xy, call = rlang::caller_env())

Arguments

xy

A named list of c(x, y) numeric vectors.

call

The environment used for error reporting.

Value

The validated (and potentially swap-corrected) list.
